Founder


In 1977, Marcel Peeters started a one-man business in Kontich in a secondary capacity.
The main activity was prototype machine construction.
Due to increasing success, as far away as Spain, France, Argentina and the US, a company was set up under the name:
"Constructie Werkhuizen Peeters-Stessens".
Until his retirement in 1994 he remained employed by AGFA-GEVAERT in Mortsel as a machine designer.
Passed away totally unexpectedly in December 1995.

 

Successor


Son, Kris Peeters, joined the business after studying industrial engineering in electro-mechanics in 1988.
In 1990, a new building was put up at Lier. A new company was set up:
"LIMA" - short for LIerse MAchinefabriek.
In 2000, CNC turning and milling work was started in addition to mechanical engineering.
