Vacancy 1: CNC MILLER (OPERATOR-PROGRAMMER)
MILLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You program yourself, set up and operate a large 5-axis machining center MATEC
- Dimensions: X = 3000 mm Y = 1000 mm
- This machine is super well equipped
- Pneumatic zero-point clamping system. You don’t have to search for clamps, screws, and T-blocks
- Magnet table / vacuum clamping system / 15 Allmatic clamping screws - all equipped for zero-point clamping system
- Control is Heidenhain 640. Postprocessor for GibbsCAM / TopSolid
- Mostly batch work or very small series
- You read technical drawings and determine the best clamping and machining sequence for precision parts.

Vacancy 2: CNC turner (OPERATOR-PROGRAMMER)
STUDY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The start: You will learn to operate, set up and program a 2-axis CNC lathe with our CAM package TopSolid.
- The growth: You will have the opportunity to progress to complex multitasking machines, where you will also learn to mill on a lathe.
- The work: Varying assignments with a focus on high-quality piece work and small series.
- Your profile: You have a diploma in the field of Mechanics or Design Techniques.
- Your attitude: Working accurately and in an organized manner is second nature to you.
Vacancy 3: turner
STUDY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The start: You will learn to operate and set up a conventional lathe.
- The progression: You will alternately be involved in the disassembly and assembly of mechanical parts to get a feel for the trade.
- The growth: You will have the opportunity to eventually progress to teaching in lathes and/or CNC lathes.
- The work: Varied assignments focused on high-quality piece work and small series.
- Your profile: You have a diploma in the field of Mechanics or Design Techniques.
